When I embed an agent iFrame into a website (WordPress) and it is not at the very bottom of the page, the input window jumps out of the visible screen after I write a message and press Enter.
Hi! Thanks for reporting this
It sounds like a scroll/resize issue with the iFrame when it’s not positioned at the bottom of the page. I’ll flag this to our tech team to investigate and see how we can improve the embed behavior on WordPress.
In the meantime, if you can share the link to the page or a short screen recording, it’ll help us debug faster.
Appreciate your patience and support! ![]()

I have built a test page: https://avgs-coachingzentrum.de/ki-test-seite
It looks like your website is currently using a Shareable link, which means the size and position of the chat interface depend on the container of the iframe on your site. That’s why it might not appear as expected.
To have a proper floating chat bubble fixed at the bottom of the screen, we recommend using the Embed snippet instead. This will automatically create a floating chat widget that’s not dependent on any specific container, ensuring a better appearance and user experience.
Hi Wendy, I used the embed snippet and have changed nothing. The website is built with WordPress and the Divi Page Builder.
