Sorry, but those videos are a no go… Some of the worst quality I have ever experienced…

Hi GehirmGold,

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry that the videos did not meet your expectations.

Could you please share more details about what specifically you would like us to improve for the next video tutorials? Your input would help us a lot in creating better content for you.

Also, if you’d like, you can book a 1-on-1 meeting with our team so we can walk you through our product and answer any questions you may have: Calendly.

Thank you again for helping us grow — we’re committed to doing better!

Best,
Wendy

Hi Wendy,

I watched almost all videos on your YouTube channel. If you take, for example, this timestamp: https://youtu.be/AfEJScHT9rI?si=6_OofTmdA_ciCp7B&t=140 It takes 50 sec only to watch you write one line of text… On the other hand, the sound quality in this video is ok.

But if you take the videos named 01…, 02…, 03…, 04… the sound is very bad. 05 and 06 is ok.

I am no born English speaker, and your obviously are not, too. This, together with the bad sound quality, makes it almost impossible for me to understand anything.

It’s not the English as such - it’s this combination.

Most of the time I am watching English speaking videos - without difficulties.

I hope, you understand my difficulties. And I guess, I am not the only one.

yes, I agree some of the video are somewhat useless, some words are difficult to hear.

I tried to follow 01. Start with beginner and it took me over 30 mins to complete that one because I was playing the video at a slower speed just to try to understand and follow along step by step.

I don’t want to be disrespectful to the tutor, she obviously know the system very well, but I am afraid her teaching it to someone in a video did not go so well.
At times I could not see what she was doing and was puzzled as to what I was looking at in many places. so I had to look at the video transcript and rewind and replay that section a few times.

There were a lot of jumping around and I could not see a clear path from A to Z making it more confusing.

When creating video tutorials you need someone who knows the subject, someone with a clear voice and someone who is able to teach each step one after the other in a logical order.

At the end of the tutorial I had an error with the email and had to rewind the video to work out what steps I had missed or messed up, I have not been able to fix it yet.

The other this is the video ended abruptly while she was still talking so I don’t know if she had the same errors as I did, this was not good!!
