I created an agent and it works fine in preview, but when added to my website I see leftovers from the template I used (Rachel the support agent)
And when I ask questions there no reply.
Furthermore I need to know how to change colors and the image of the support agent.
Also - how do I add more tabs to the bottom (buttons) or content to the home page of the chat.

Thsis should be a standard feature
