Issue with Image and Video Generation – Credit Error Despite Available Balance

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with image and video generation.

I’m currently on TIER 4 and still have 199,960 credits available. However, when I try using the “Image generation” or “Video generation” flow with the integrated PixelLM function, I receive the following error:

“Not enough credits”

I don’t understand why this is happening, since I clearly have a large credit balance remaining.

Could you please help me figure out what’s going wrong?

Let’s clarify the credits: Your 200,000 AgenticFlow credits primarily cover two things:

  • A fixed cost (3 credits on Tier 4) for every step your agent/workflow runs. This pays for using our platform’s infrastructure and orchestration.

  • The variable cost for using our built-in, efficient AI models (like Gemini-flash, 4o-mini).

When you use Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for models like GPT-4.1 (even if listed under “Pixel ML” options which might indicate access via BYOK or our OpenRouter):

  • You still pay the fixed 3 credits per step from your AgenticFlow pool.

  • You do NOT pay the variable credit cost to us for that LLM.

Instead, the cost of running that powerful GPT-4.1 model is billed directly to your OpenAI account.

This BYOK model is essential for accessing expensive, cutting-edge AI sustainably within the LTD framework.

The 200k credits offer huge value for platform use and built-in models, while BYOK gives you the flexibility to use any premium model by covering its direct cost.
