We just dropped a sleek set of Design & UX upgrades to make your agent experience more polished, personalized, and on-brand.
Here’s what’s new — and how to start using it today:
1. Theme & Color Customization
Make AgenticFlow feel like yours.
You can now easily update your workspace with custom brand colors
To try it:
Step 1. Go to Agents → Edit Agents
Step 2. Click Theme Settings and pick your color palette.
2. New Chat Icons + Fixed Avatar Uploads
We’ve refreshed the chat UI with more modern, user-friendly icons — plus, avatar uploads are now fully functional (and looking great 
).
To update your agent avatar:
Step 1: Go to Agents
Step 2: Click the agent you want to update
Step 3: Upload your preferred avatar under Agent Info
Step 4: Check your new avatar
Works for embedded agents too!
3. Consistent Welcome Messages (In-App + Embeds)
Your welcome message now shows consistently across both:
- AgenticFlow app chat interface
- Embedded agents (iframe or link)
No more mismatched intros. Just smooth, on-brand onboarding for your users.
To edit your welcome message:
Step 1: Open any agent
Step 2: Go to the Chat Behavior tab
Step 3: Update the Welcome Message field
