I have just activated my account with tier 4 and have 200k monthly credits in my account,
To test the account, I have cloned Image Generation Work Flow and tried to run it with default settings and I am getting error “Not enough credits”
Please advise how I can generate images using “pixelml” or “PixelML_KxxEY7” Connection. I have tried all 3 image generation service providers, getting same error.
Please provide detailed steps for generating images using the available image-generation service providers in AgenticFlow with my monthly credits.
Thanks
Pulin

I saw that Mia has already responded to your support request via email, but we haven’t received a reply from you yet.
Just checking in — have you been able to use the workflow to generate any images successfully since then?
If not, please feel free to message the team directly. We’re here to support you and can help with any questions or issues you’re still facing.
Additionally, as a Tier 4 user, you are eligible for 1-on-1 support via our private Discord channel.

Hi Wendy,
Yes, Mia has responded via email it was very Quick Support and Very helpful and just now I have responded her.
I am adding Mia’s Response Below for Community’s future Reference:
"Your 200k AgenticFlow credits cover platform steps and our built-in text LLMs (like 4o-mini, Gemini Flash, DeepSeek V3).
For Image Generation (and premium/specialized AI): This uses BYOK (Bring Your Own Key).
- Go to Connections in AgenticFlow.
- Add your API key from an image provider (e.g., OpenAI for DALL-E, Replicate, or FAL.ai for Stable Diffusion models). In your workflow’s image node, make sure it’s set to use your connected API key/provider.
When you run it:
- AgenticFlow uses a few of your 200k credits for the step execution.
- The image generation cost itself is billed by your chosen provider (OpenAI, Replicate, etc.) directly to your API key.
The default “Pixel ML” connection in some templates is provided by Pixel ML OpenRouter (https://platform.pixelml.com/ ) which has welcome credit for premium services. From the error looks like your Pixel ML Credits exhausted. Please check usage on the link above.
Sorry for the confusion – we’re making this clearer in the UI! "
