I lost the workflow mutiple times, and eachtime it was showing the workflows managed in the mobile phone (logged trough chrome and the same google user), but in the laptop I lost all the work because then it was showing the few tests made from shartphone.. it looks so strange to me.. also the connections are different between smartphone and windows 11, but I am inside with the smae user.. From my smartphone I am entering with email and password, , instead from laptop I am entering with the same email, but trough the gmail, and this is something like creating 2 different users with 2 different dashboards.. So I didn’t lost my workflows, I was just logging into my account with user and password instead of using the gmail account.. to me this looks like an issue to adjust anyway..
Hi Matteo,
Thank you for the clarification!
Just to explain a bit — although the email address may look the same, logging in via Gmail and logging in via email/password are treated as separate accounts on our system by design. This is similar to how platforms like Discord or Slack differentiate login methods, even when using the same email.
So in your case:
- Logging in with Gmail creates one account.
- Logging in with email + password creates another.
- These accounts will have separate workspaces, workflows, and connections unless explicitly shared.
If you want both accounts (e.g., the Gmail login and the email/password login) to access the same workspace, you can simply invite the other account into the workspace via the team management settings.
Best,
Wendy
