I’m a Tier 4 user of AgenticFlow, and I would like some help implementing an autonomous agent that can manage customer interactions on WhatsApp.
Ideally, the setup should allow the agent to autonomously handle conversations, but also support an Agent Handoff Protocol, so that I (or a human operator) can manually take over the chat whenever needed.
Additionally, it’s important for me to have access to the full chat history to review past conversations.
Could you please advise on how best to set this up with AgenticFlow?
You need to connect using the official WhatsApp Business API (WABA).
First, get an approved WABA account (either from Meta or a provider).
Then, connect it to AgenticFlow through our WhatsApp Business MCP: AgenticFlow - Automate Your Marketing Workflows.
You’ll just need to enter your API keys or tokens from Meta or your provider during setup.
After connecting WABA, you can easily create workflows in AgenticFlow to send scheduled WhatsApp messages (using approved templates).
